Spacemade, the UK’s fastest-growing flexible workspace operator, sought to evolve its brand identity to reflect its transition from a B2B-focused company to one that resonates with both businesses and individual consumers.

They partnered with Wildish & Co. to create a comprehensive visual identity system that would unify their expanding network of uniquely designed workspaces while amplifying their core mission of creating “meaningful connections”.

We developed a versatile identity for them centred around this concept. The new logo features a simple rectangular ‘S’ shape, evoking an open doorway that invites people into Spacemade’s communities. This shape doubles as a framing device, showcasing the diverse members who inhabit their spaces.

The new identity system seamlessly integrates across their digital platforms, marketing materials (such as OOH), and physical spaces (such as signage), providing a cohesive brand experience while allowing individual locations to maintain their own unique sense of character. We also provided comprehensive brand guidelines to equip Spacemade’s in-house design team with the tools to consistently apply the new identity across the 11+ locations as they continue to grow and scale.
